PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a measurement in a similar state to that in a normal operation during a supply amount adjustment process if a plurality of supply devices supply a material a predetermined amount apiece.SOLUTION: A plurality of buckets receive and hold supplied materials. A conveyor annularly move the buckets with the buckets kept turned up. A shutter is provided on a bottom of each bucket. An opening/closing mechanism controls an opening/closing state of the bottom of one bucket at a predetermined position among the buckets. During a packaging operation, the bottom of the bucket located in an upper portion of an inlet of a packaging machine is opened. During a supply amount adjustment, the bottom of the bucket located in an upper portion of a collection port is opened.
