PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct logical topology which further reduces power consumption.SOLUTION: In a network system including a plurality of first network devices constructing logical topology and a plurality of second network devices connected to the first network devices and constructing physical topology, respectively, an information processing apparatus comprises: a first storage section for storing traffic volume of a path between the first network devices; a second storage section for storing power consumption required for connecting the first and second network devices; and a calculation section in which, regarding multiple logical topology, on the basis of the traffic volume of the path between the first network devices and the power consumption required for connecting the first and second network devices, a total sum of power consumption relating to packet transfer processing in each of the first network devices and power consumption relating to connection of the first and second network devices is calculated, and logical topology with the minimum total sum is selected from among the multiple logical topology. |
