PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A seat configuration device comprises: a collection unit which collects power consumption of instruments installed in each area; a calculation unit which, based on the power consumption collected by the collection unit, determines whether the instruments are in operation and calculates the number of the instruments in operation in each area; a consolidation determination unit which, based on the number of the instruments in operation calculated by the calculation unit and the number of the instruments installed in each area, determines whether the number of areas where all instruments are out of operation can be increased when the instruments in operation are concentrated in a specific area; an output unit which, when the consolidation determination unit determines that the number of the areas where all instruments are out of operation can be increased, outputs an instruction to concentrate the instruments in operation in the specific area. |
