PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously lock a function regarding setting change and other functions related to that function and not to carry out locking processes of these functions when they cannot be simultaneously locked when carrying out setting change of work servers such as an application server or a data base server.SOLUTION: Other functions associated with the function are registered when locking a function having a work server and carrying out exclusive control. Other functions associated with that function are locked together along with the function for which the locking instruction is received when the locking instruction is received for a certain function. The locking processing for functions for which the locking instruction is received is not carried out when incapable of carrying out other locking processing for functions which should be simultaneously locked.
