BIOSENSOR DETECTING MERCURY ION USING GRAPHENE OXIDE AND SENSING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a biosensor and a sensing method for detecting a mercury ion using graphene oxide. The biosensor for detecting a mercury ion using graphene oxide according to the present invention is a new detecting method which has excellent sensitivity and selectivity for a mercury ion, and detects the mercury ion through an electrochemical reduction potential mensuration or electrochemistry impedance spectroscopy using graphene oxide. Moreover, the biosensor can provide an excellent effect by a simple and inexpensive method.
