The present invention relates to the technical field of aerials. Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are an aerial and electronic device having the same, for improving aerial adjustability. The aerial and the electronic device comprise a first conductor part, a second conductor part, a feed point part, and a grounding part; the first conductor part comprises multiple conductor units surrounding the periphery of the electronic device, a gap being formed between adjacent conductor units; the second conductor, the feed point part and the grounding part are all fixed inside the electronic device; the first conductor part located at one side of the interval is electrically connected to the feed point part, and the first conductor part located at the other side of the interval is electrically connected to the grounding part; and the first conductor part is electrically connected to the feed point part and/or the grounding part via the second conductor part. The embodiment of the present invention is mainly used in an electronic device. |
