摘要 The present invention relates to a microfluidic chip for a human cerebrovascular model including a channel layer having micro channels patterned to be an artery vascular structure with a circle of Willis for a human on a substrate and a valve layer having a valve which may independently control a fluid flow in each artery; a cerebral blood flow measurement system including the microfluidic chip, a fluid inputting part and a blood flow measurement part; and a method to assess the degree of risk of a cerebrovascular disease using the microfluidic chip or the cerebral blood flow measurement system. The microfluidic chip including the valve layer which may independently adjust each channel and the cerebral blood flow measurement system using the same patterns as a clinical cerebrovascular model obtained from a real human to manufacture the micro channels, wherein the micro channel has a length and a diameter of a blood vessel in proportion to a clinical cerebrovascular standard, so as to stimulate a numeral value range of the clinical blood flow with high precision in a case of injecting a fluid with a ratio similar to a clinical case. Additionally, the present invention may simulate a cerebral infarction blood flow because opening or closing an individual artery blood vessel is possible using the valve, so as to estimate the degree of risk of a cerebrovascular disease occurrence and an estimated disease occurrence portion due to the infarction of a specific blood vessel.
