PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a COlaser beam at low cost.SOLUTION: A COlaser beam 100 enters a diffraction grating 13 and is diffracted. In this case, a diffraction angle differs by the wavelength. Diffraction beams 101 to 103 are set to enter a light detection plate 14. The light detection plate 14 is a fluorescent plate or a phosphorescent plate that generates visible light, and emits fluorescence or phosphorescence from the surface thereof. Since the intensity of the fluorescence or the phosphorescence varies depending on the intensity of infrared light entering the surface, an infrared light beam entering the surface of the light detection plate 14 can be recognised as intensity unevenness of the fluorescence or the phosphorescence. Thus, an imaging apparatus 15 can perform imaging. |
