PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl washing device capable of well washing a toilet bowl while saving water.SOLUTION: The toilet bowl washing device supplies washing water into a toilet bowl body 10 which has a toilet bowl part 11 and a toilet bowl drain passage 12 communicated with the downstream side of the toilet bowl part 11 and in the toilet bowl drain passage 12 of which siphonage is generated when executing the washing of the toilet bowl. The toilet bowl washing device includes a water supply passage 52 communicated with the toilet bowl part 11. It starts the supply of the washing water to the water supply passage 52 when executing the washing of the toilet bowl, and stops the supply of the washing water to the water supply passage 52 before the siphonage is generated by the washing water flowing via the toilet bowl part 11 into the toilet bowl drain passage 12.
