PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stick a sealing substrate to an OLED substrate, and effectively perform the manufacturing work.SOLUTION: An organic EL sealing device 12 is manufactured by grasping a sealing roll film 19 with a film clamper 71a and a guide roller 57 serving as a holding means, and a peeling roller 63a and film clamper 71b so that an OLED substrate 22 stuck to an OLED material film 21, faces to a sealing substrate 17 stuck to the sealing roll film 19 when the OLED material film 21 is grasped with film clampers 69a, 69b. Sealing means consisting of a lower table 66, a sealing substrate sticking mechanism 61, a carrier peeling mechanism 63, an upper table 67 and an electrostatic chuck plate 68, sticks the OLED substrate 22 and the sealing substrate 17 facing each other to seal them. |
