PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a biaxial gas turbine capable of controlling rotation frequency of a gas generator shaft and an exhaust gas temperature of a power turbine.SOLUTION: A control device of a biaxial gas turbine comprises: a compressor 1 with an inlet guide vane 17 arranged at an air intake side; a combustor 2 which generates combustion gas through mixed combustion of fuel with compressed air compressed by the compressor; a high-pressure turbine 3 which is driven by the combustion gas generated by the combustor; a low-pressure turbine 4 which is driven by the combustion gas used for driving the high-pressure turbine; a power generator 12 which is driven by the low-pressure turbine; a first rotation shaft 9 which connects the compressor and the high-pressure turbine; a second rotation shaft 11 which connects the low-pressure turbine and the power generator; a motor generator 10 which is connected to the first rotation shaft and functions as a motor and the power generator; and a controller 20 which adjusts output of the motor power generator to control an exhaust gas temperature of the low-pressure turbine.
