PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure which has stability against excitation in any direction.SOLUTION: A vibration control structure includes a pair of first structures and a second structure which is installed between the pair of first structures and has a rectangular or square plane, and a damper provided at an opposition part between the first structures and the second structure. The first structures are high-rigidity structures having higher rigidity than that of the second structure, and the pair of structures is arranged in a weak axis direction of the second structure. A high-rigidity frame is constructed such that a direction of vibration control by the damper is the weak axis direction of the second structure and the rigidity is enhanced more in a strong axis direction orthogonal to the weak axis direction of the second structure than in the weak axis direction of the second structure. |
