PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that procurement of a fossil fuel and wood chips or the like for a small size power generation plant fuel has limitation, moreover in agriculture, rice bran, excess cereal grain or the like, and chaff are disposed as a waste and a treatment thereof is a difficult problem.SOLUTION: Three of a combustible fluid in which a grape efficiently produced from an agricultural site is brewed; rice bran (and powdery cereal grain ); and chaff are mixed to be provided as a fuel for a compact size heat power plant. |
