The invention relates to the design and development of nanocapsule systems for the administration of active principles, wherein the nanocapsules of the system have an average diameter of less than 1 μm and are characterised in that they comprise (a) a protamine cover, and (b) an oily nucleus and at least one surfactant characterised by a hydrophilic-lipophilic ratio higher than 8, on the condition that said surfactant is not a phospholipid.
