The present invention relates to an enterprise tax management and control platform and a method that implements enterprise tax management and control, which comprise a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a tax management and control result output module, and are used for obtaining and processing tax-related data, and outputting various results related to the enterprise tax management and control. Also comprised are: a tax knowledge management module, used for constructing an enterprise tax knowledge base; a taxation file module, used for accommodating and managing files related to enterprise taxation; an enterprise income tax final settlement module, used for calculating an enterprise annual income tax to be finally settled; a land value-added tax clearing module, used for calculating an enterprise land value-added tax to be cleared and managing an entire calculation process; a query module, used for updating a database that stores policies and regulations, and tax-related materials, and providing them for users to query; and an origination architecture module, used for constructing a new enterprise organization. An enterprise can implement autonomic tax management and control in an automated, a routine, and a standardized way through the preceding modules.
