Disclosed is a water cooling mat, comprising a sealed pouch equipped with a water filling inlet and a water drainage outlet, wherein a water filling valve is provided on the water filling inlet, and a water drainage valve is provided on the water drainage outlet, an inner chamber of the sealed pouch is divided into multiple fine water storage chambers that mutually communicate, the multiple fine water storage chambers are spaced apart and a vacuum sealed chamber is formed between adjacent fine water storage chambers. In the present invention, the inner chamber of the sealed pouch is divided into multiple fine water storage chambers which are thin and narrow, and after filling with water, water pathways distributed at the surface of the sealed pouch can absorb body heat, forming convection, and achieving the purpose of reducing the body temperature. In addition, using fine water storage chambers which are thin and narrow, means that the total amount of water filled is reduced, the total weight of the sealed pouch is reduced after being completely filled, so the invention can be conveniently carried and moved. After filling with water, a certain height difference is formed between the fine water storage chambers and the vacuum sealed chambers, providing good airing, ventilation, heat-dissipation and support effects. While permitting air in the fine water storage chambers to be discharged sufficiently when filling with water, the water drainage valve is also used to smoothly discharge water in the pouch such that water discharge is performed more thoroughly, facilitating storage or carriage.
