SPLITTED PROXIMAL FEMORAL NAIL DEVICE

The present invention relates to a proximal femoral nail device of a dispersed structure, which inosculates a fractured part by being installed at proximal femur in a proximal femur fracture operation. The proximal femoral nail device comprises a metal nailing body being inserted into the bone-marrow cavity of the proximal femur for connecting the femur of a fractured part in a lengthy direction and having a first penetration hole at an upper part and a second penetration hole at a lower part; multiple flexible metal guide members which are integrally formed with the metal nailing body at the lower part of the metal nailing body with a first space formed therein around the central axis of the metal nailing body to guide the metal nailing body to prevent the metal nailing body from being deviated from the fractured part when being inserted into the femur and are formed to be more flexible than the metal nailing body to distribute stress concentrated due to weight at the femur from the lower part of the metal nailing body; a first fixing part which is connected to the metal nailing body to be upwardly inclined to the head of the femur by penetrating the first penetration hole to fix a screw thread formed at one end thereof to the head of the femur in a screw coupling method; and a second fixing part which is connected to the metal nailing body by penetrating the second penetration hole to fix the metal nailing body and the multiple flexible guide members to the femur.
