The present invention relates to an exercising device using air pressure that is safe and convenient to manipulate, and can adjust exercising intensity more delicately. More particularly, the present invention relates to an exercising device comprising: a pipe-like cylinder having the end of one side opened and including, at the closed end of the other side, an air volume adjusting device for adjusting passing air volume; a piston installed inside the cylinder to compress air between the piston and the closed end, thereby generating load; a wire connected to the middle of the piston and penetrating the middle of the closed end to be withdrawn outside, and having the middle thereof supported by one or more rollers; and a exercise load connection part connected to the end of the wire so that the load by the compressed air formed by the piston and the cylinder can be transmitted to a user, wherein air pressure in a space between the piston and the closed end of the cylinder is adjusted to adjust the exercise load. |
