A cooling sea water system with a heat exchanger of a ship comprises a pair of heat exchangers having an inlet and outlet at the front end respectively to allow sea water to flow in; a connection pipe having both ends connected to the outlet to circulate the sea water supplied through a sea water supplying part; and one or more line filter installed inside the connection pipe to filter foreign objects of the sea water flew in through the inlet of the heat exchangers.
