Disclosed is a light emitting device package capable of equalizing a light emission angle and improving the phenomenon of which cracks generate in a protective element mounting portion. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting device package comprises a body having a cavity; a heat radiation block disposed inside the body; a light emitting device disposed inside the cavity and disposed on the top of the heat radiation block; and a protective element disposed away from the light emitting device inside the cavity, wherein a part of the body is disposed between the heat radiation block and the light emitting device, and between the heat radiation block and the protective element; and the thickness of the body disposed between the heat radiation block and the light emitting device is greater than the thickness of the body disposed between the heat radiation block and the protective element. |
