PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a specification of a polyolefinic decorative sheet having an antistatic function, capable of maintaining adhesion of a surface protective layer and exerting effects such as or preventing spark similarly due to static electricity, or suppressing accumulation of dust due to static electricity at a corner part or a gap part, even when used for a floor material surface layer ornament.SOLUTION: A polyolefinic decorative sheet is configured by adding an antistatic agent formed of a composition obtained by mixing: a semi-polar organic compound having at least one straight chain type saturated hydrocarbon having 11-22 carbon atoms and one atomic group expressed by chemical formula 1 in a molecule; and a basic organic compound expressed by chemical formula 2. |
