PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through member which can be sealed through simple construction with a through hole formed in a plate material, and a method for constructing the through member on a building and a building external wall.SOLUTION: A seal member 54 is provided integrally outside a piping body 52, which is inserted penetrating a through hole 56 formed in an external wall panel 30 so as to press the seal member 54 against an inner edge part 56A of the through hole 56 (so as to fit the piping body 52 in the through hole 56), so that water is suppressed and prevented from entering. Namely, closing between the piping body 52 and the through hole 56 of the external panel 30 with the seal member 54 is achieved only by fitting the piping body 52 in the through hole 56 so as to achieve sealing through simple construction. |
