PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor cylinder device which can efficiently compress gas while being simple in constitution, and can suppress vibration and noise.SOLUTION: The compressor cylinder device comprises an input shaft 2 and a rear shaft 3 which are concentric with each other, a couple of cylinders 5, a piston part 10 and an eccentric cam 13. The couple of the cylinders 5 are arranged so as to oppose each other with axial cores O1, O2 of the input shaft 2 and the rear shaft 3 interposed therebetween. The piston part 10 has two piston heads 6 which are slidable to the couple of the cylinders 5, respectively. The eccentric cam 13 has piston receiving parts 14A, 14B at an external periphery of a cam shaft 15, the cam shaft 15 is rotatably supported to the input shaft 2 and the rear shaft 3 while being eccentric to the axial cores O1, O2, and the piston receiving parts 14A, 14B are rotatable with respect to the piston part 10. A balance weight 17 for rotationally balancing the eccentric cam 13 is arranged in one place at the input shaft side or the rear shaft side with respect to the eccentric cam 13. |
