PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element capable of suppressing occurrence of unevenness in orientation, even when the number of arranged light emitters is reduced.SOLUTION: An optical element for covering a light-emitting surface of a light emitter has a shape in which light having isotropic light distribution characteristics and emitted from the light emitter is converted into light with anisotropic light distribution characteristics.
