<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit vibration by switching a gate resistance when turning on a switching element right after detecting short circuit and delaying turning-on to suppress di/dt.SOLUTION: A main circuit is formed by a plurality of switching elements for performing DC to AC conversion, a first series circuit in which a first switching element, a first resistor, a second resistor, and a second switching element are arranged in this order between DC power supply terminals, and the connection point of the first resistor and the second resistor is connected to the gates of the switching elements, and a second series circuit in which a third switching element and a third resistor are arranged in this order and are connected between one end of the DC power supply terminal and the gates of the switching elements are provided, and the first switching element and the second switching element are alternately controlled by a control signal, and the third switching element is turned on by detecting short circuit of the main circuit to connect the third resistor having a resistance value larger than that of the first resistor to the gate of the switching element.</p> |
