<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although there is a problem in some transmission setting in the case of transmitting a read image to the outside, a user used to be notified that transmission setting has been changed in a conventional manner, and the user used to be notified even when there is no problem in the transmission setting, or the transmission setting used to be repeatedly changed for cancelling notification, causing the user to be continuously notified, or causing notification to be inexecutable unless there exists notification means.SOLUTION: The image transmission system includes: means for performing notification only when a user who can perform access is added; means for storing image data in a private storage region without performing notification; and notification means for performing notification when a specific pattern such as copyright information or confidential information is included in a read original, and a user is notified in accordance with the combination of some of those three means.</p> |
