PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seasoning applicator which can be reused without generating application unevenness and without utilizing a gauze easily receiving odor and color and having water permeability and water immersibility, and which can apply miso quickly and sanitarily.SOLUTION: In a seasoning applicator 20 in which a planar body 8 having many open holes 12 is put on a food material, and a seasoning is placed on the upper surface of the planar body 8, to thereby apply the seasoning into the food material through the open holes 12, the planar body 8 has a constitution which is formed of a waterproof and flexible member and provided with projections 3 on the under surface. |
