PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve considerable reduction of power consumption compared with a conventional power-saving mode without adding any extra device to a game machine.SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a game machine power activation switch for players that is provided separately from a power supply switch of a game machine for turning on only the power supply to the game machine, and is configured to allow an operation by a player; a motion sensor that detects a person being present near the game machine; an out ball counter; and a forcible power-off control part that executes only turn-off of the power supply to the game machine on the basis on an output of the motion sensor and an output of the out ball counter. The player can thus turn on the power of a desired game machine by him/herself without calling a parlor worker. This constitution can automatically turn off the power supply when a game is not executed so as to considerably reduce the power consumption. |
