An organic semiconductor polymer, comprising a moiety represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 and a heteroaromatic moiety having at least one of sulfur (S) and selenium (Se): wherein, in the Chemical Formula 1, each of R1, R2, R3a, R3b, R4a, R4b, R5a, and R5b are independently one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C7 to C30 arylalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 heteroalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 alkynyl group, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom, and a combination thereof, each of a1 and a2 are independently integers ranging from 1 to 5, and each of b1 and b2 are independently integers ranging from 1 to 10.
