Provided is a resin foam that is flexible and that exhibits excellent dust resistance and shock absorption. The resin foam is characterized by having an apparent density of 0.030-0.150 g/cm3, a maximum cell diameter of 200 µm or less, an instantaneous recovery rate of 65% or more, and a stress relaxation rate of 90% or less. It is preferable that the resin foam be formed by foaming a resin composition containing a resin.
