The system has a display device (103) stationarily arranged at a traffic rail network (102) e.g. road traffic network, rail network and waterway network for outputting an individualized vehicle-related information, and a navigation system (104) installed in vehicles (101a-c). The system is attached with the display device for active route guidance of a given target and transmitting data related to route and/or destination. The display device is executed to determine the information based on the transmitted data when the vehicles are located in a field of view (105) of the display device. The navigation system is designed as a mobile communication unit that is selected from a smart phone, a notebook and a tablet personnel computer. An independent claim is also included for a method for guiding a vehicle in a traffic rail network.
