PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club and a head facilitating exchange of a shaft and capable of adjusting characteristics such as a lie angle, a slice angle, and progression, and to provide a method for adjusting characteristics thereof.SOLUTION: The golf club is formed by fitting a shaft 4 to a hosel column 3 of a head 1 via a shaft case 5 and a grooved ring 8. The shaft case 5 is fixed to a tip end of the shaft 4 using an adhesive. The grooved ring 8 is inserted in the hosel column 3 and fixed by welding. The shaft case 5 is inserted into the hosel column 3 and fixed by a bolt 7 via the grooved ring 8. The hosel column 3 includes a partition plate 6 therein. The bolt 7 inserted through a bolt insertion hole 6a of the partition plate 6 is screwed into a female screw hole 5m of the shaft case 5. Splines of the grooved ring 8 and of the shaft case 5 are engaged with each other. |
