PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight compact high frequency amplifier (unit amplifier) of a unit structure in which an amplifier circuit is accommodated in a case and to provide a method of accommodating circuit components.SOLUTION: A lid 3 is formed by combining an EBG structure that becomes high impedance at a frequency at which an RF circuit section 5 operates at a lower part of a circuit board 43 of a bias circuit part 4, the lid 3 is attached on the RF circuit section 5 that is accommodated in a case 1, and the RF circuit section 5 is accommodated in the case 1 with the case 1 and the lid 3 for shielding. |
