PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for creating a calibration curve capable of easily and efficiently producing a standard specimen appropriate for a measurement concentration zone of a component to be quantitatively analyzed, in a quantitative analysis using the standard specimen containing a plurality of components.SOLUTION: A dilution series of a standard specimen is produced, in a component concentration range from a minimum concentration to a maximum concentration in a measurement concentration zone of a contained component. At this time, the component concentration in the standard specimen is constant for all components. When a calibration curve of each component is created, the calibration curve is created by selectively using only a standard specimen measurement result in the concentration range including the measurement concentration zone of each component. Thus, an accurate calibration curve can be created while the labor for producing the standard specimen is reduced. |
