PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a savory pancake which can be easily cut and divided with chopsticks without spoilage of the original appearance; and a mold form for savory pancake.SOLUTION: The savory pancake includes a body 12 of heated dough having a hole 20 at the center. Preferably the hole 20 has a diameter of 20 to 40% of the outer diameter of the body 12. The mold form for savory pancake includes: an outer ring 52 having a circular vertical wall; an inner ring 54 in a cylindrical form having a diameter smaller than the outer ring 52, which is disposed at approximately center of the outer ring 52; and a bridge 58 which connects each of the top edges of the outer ring 52 and the inner ring 54. |
