PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video encoding device capable of quickly encoding a video with high resolution.SOLUTION: A video encoding device for encoding videos input as a plurality of distributed videos includes: a plurality of pieces of tile division means for converting one distributed video among a plurality of input distributed videos into a video with designated resolution, and for generating divided videos by dividing the video whose resolution has been converted into tile sizes by referring to tile map information in which tile sizes for tile division are defined, and for performing processing of outputting the divided videos to predetermined output destinations in parallel about the plurality of distributed videos by referring to encoder map information in which the output destinations of the divided videos are defined; and a plurality of pieces of video encoding means for, when the divided videos to be output from the two or more pieces of tile division means are input, performing processing of connecting and encoding and outputting the input divided videos in parallel about the plurality of divided videos in the case of encoding the divided videos output from the tile division means in accordance with designated encoding conditions. |
