<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a liquid state detection sensor element.SOLUTION: A liquid state detection sensor element 100 comprises: a ceramic structure body 1 having a plate form and used by bringing liquid into contact with both main surfaces thereof; a heating pattern 2 embedded in the ceramic structure body 1; a temperature sensitive pattern 3 arranged in one of the main surfaces of the ceramic structure body 1 and configured to change the temperature thereof by heat generated by the heating pattern 2; and a liquid temperature sensor pattern 4 arranged in the other main surface of the ceramic structure body 1. The ceramic structure body 1 has an empty space part 12 between the heating pattern 2 and the liquid temperature sensor pattern 4.</p> |
