<p>The invention relates to a method for issuing a ticket to a customer (6) to a queue of a service function (2), comprising: providing a queue ticket terminal (3) in a predetermined space (1) associated with said service function (2); and enabling a customer (6) to be allocated a queue ticket from said terminal (3). The invention furthermore comprises: detecting, in a mobile device (7) associated with said customer (6), whether said queue ticket terminal (3) is in the vicinity of said mobile device (7); transmitting a queue ticket request from said mobile device (7) to said queue ticket terminal (3); and, receiving, in said mobile device (7) and in response to said queue ticket request, a queue position message comprising information relating to the customer´s (6) position in said queue. The invention also relates to a mobile device (7) being associated with a customer (6) of a queue to a service function (2) in a predetermined space (1). Furthermore, the invention relates to a queue ticket terminal (3) for positioning in a predetermined space (1) having a service function (2), said terminal (3) being configured for allocating a ticket for a queue to a customer (6).</p> |
