The structure has a locking head (28) which is provided with a rivet shank (24), and connected with a setting head (26). A cover plate (32) is provided for ablation and distribution of force generated during plastic deformation of the locking head. The cover plate is arranged at side of first and second components, and projected from a stop portion (34). A pressure plate (10) is positioned in a circumferential direction for removal of the tangential force. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) the pressing plate for friction clutch; and (2) a method for manufacturing the riveted joint structure.
