A drive circuit of a liquid crystal panel and a driving method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device. The drive circuit comprises a control circuit board and the liquid crystal panel, wherein the liquid crystal panel comprises multiple scan lines and multiple data lines, and the control circuit board comprises a data drive module (1) for driving the data lines. The liquid crystal panel is provided with a switch module (2), and the data drive module (1) is coupled with the data lines through the switch module (2). The switch module (2) switches off signals of the data drive module (1) when the drive of a previous scan line ends and the drive of a next scan line starts, and the signals of the data drive module (1) are recovered after a preset time delay.
