PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition enhancing percutaneous absorbability of a plant extract essence, increasing skin moisture content, and improving formulation stability at a high temperature.SOLUTION: A polyalcohol phase composition is characterized by containing 1) a polyglycerol oleate ester, 2) an α,&egr;-bis(γ-N-(C10-30)acylglutamyl)lysine, and 3) 50 mass% or more of a polyalcohol, where the polyglycerol oleate ester is preferably a diglycerol monooleate ester, the α,&egr;-bis(γ-N-(C10-30)acylglutamyl)lysine is preferably an α,&egr;-bis(γ-N-lauroyl glutamyl)lysine), a fatty acid sorbitan is further preferably contained, and the fatty acid sorbitan is preferably sorbitan monoisostearate. |
