PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach linear material such as a wire harness to a seat pad so that the linear material hardly comes off.SOLUTION: In a structure for attaching linear material such as a wire harness WH to a seat 1 for a vehicle, the wire harness WH can be attached to a plate member 10 connected with a seat pad (a cushion pad 3P) of the seat 1 for a vehicle.
