PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a molding having high reproducibility regarding the appearance and the structure of the inside, and to provide the molding.SOLUTION: The production method in one embodiment of this technique comprises forming an outer shape part 201 having a prescribed shape by a material soluble in a solvent. A covering part 202 covering the outer shape part is formed by a first soft material insoluble in the solvent. The outer shape part 201 covered with the covering part 202 is dissolved using the solvent. A second soft material 206 is filled into a region 205 covered with the covering part 202 after the dissolution of the outer shape part 201. |
