PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a keeper of a bicycle (car, motorcycle) parking area cannot easily calculate a congestion rate for each block and the congestion rate cannot be shared by a plurality of keepers.SOLUTION: By using an image of a bicycle (car, motorcycle) parking area, a device for calculating, displaying, and notifying a congestion rate pays attention to particularity in arrangement of vehicles in the image, extracts characteristics of the vehicles, and calculates the number of parked vehicles and the number of vehicles in a full state to calculate a congestion rate. Further, the device automatically estimates the structure of the parking area with photographs and photographing positions and uses the estimated structure to display a congestion rate of each block. The congestion rate is shared by a plurality of devices. |
