PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform charging and discharging at the same time.SOLUTION: There is provided a charge/discharge control device that includes: a conversion unit that converts energy into electric power; a plurality of secondary batteries that accumulate the electric power converted by the conversion unit; and a charge/discharge control unit that causes, in a mode of operating an object circuit with the electric power from any one of the plurality of secondary batteries in place of electric power from an external power source, any one of the plurality of secondary batteries to discharge and supply the electric power to the object circuit, and causes the other secondary battery that does not discharge electric power to charge the electric power converted by the conversion unit. |
