PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger operating device that can indicate a precise maintenance time without being affected by scale deposition to a transmitter.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger operating device concerning the present invention includes means for: measuring a secondary fluid pressure difference and a secondary fluid flow rate of a heat exchanger in a heat exchanger entrance (step S31); calculating a secondary side channel flow coefficient, based on a secondary fluid differential pressure and the secondary fluid flow rate (step S32); calculating a secondary channel scale coefficient, based on the secondary side channel flow coefficient (step S33); and notifying a maintenance time, based on the secondary channel scale coefficient calculated in secondary channel scale coefficient calculating means (step S34-S36). |
