<p>Disclosed are a traffic control method, terminal gateway, terminal device and system. The method comprises: receiving the traffic model data transmitted by a network gateway of a network device, the traffic model data being used for indicating the network status or the network transmission capability of a network in which the terminal device is located (S110); and according to the traffic model data, controlling the data transmission of the terminal device (S120). The traffic control method, terminal gateway, terminal device and system in the embodiments of the present invention, by receiving the traffic model data transmitted by a network gateway of a network device, can control the data transmission of the terminal device according to the traffic model data, thereby being able to effectively control the traffic in the terminal device, avoiding network congestion or network storms, and thus being able to improve user experience, also being able to reduce the electricity consumption of the terminal device, and achieving energy saving and emission reduction.</p> |
