The apparatus (1) has a support element (5) i.e. frame, supported on a plate-shaped retainer (4). Coating of the support element is carried out by an element, which produces a point contact between the retainer and the support element. The retainer is provided with a dome-shaped projection. The support element is provided with a circumferential flat edge and a central opening such that the flat edge is placed on the retainer, and the projection is engaged into the central opening. A locking device (7) locks the retainer with the support element in a connected position.
