Provided are a PDN connection processing method and device. The method comprises: establishing a plurality of packet data network (PDN) connections; and packaging an identifier capable of uniquely identifying a single PDN connection in a data message. The present invention solves the problem in the related art that the data of a plurality of PDN connections cannot be effectively distinguished in the case of MUPSAP, and then has the effect of being capable of distinguishing PDN connections corresponding to data messages.
