<p>The present invention relates to a safety device for a reclaimer, including: an induction unit which guides minerals, transferred by a rake, to a conveyor belt; a fixing unit which is mounted on the induction unit; a detection unit which is combined to the fixing unit, with the ability to rotate, and which detects the amount of minerals on the conveyor belt; a sensor unit which is mounted on the induction unit for sensing the rotation of the detection unit; and a control unit which stops the operation of rake by receiving a signal from the sensor unit.
